It is an Alpha hydroxide Acid (AHA) belonging to a group of a non toxic acids and it is
not absorbed.
It is extracted from the fruits or from other foods.
It differs from the others AHA because it only contains two carbons atoms of and for this
reason is the only one that can generate a superficial and deep chemical PEELING
effect.
It is a progressive exfoliation and thickness loss of the external SKIN layers but with a
progressive increase of thickness of the others epidemic strata, specially for the dermis.
It means an increase from the cellular metabolism, an increment of the tissue hydratation
level and a better dermic general structure
The glicolic acid act dissolving the ligaments between the queratinocites and they become
unstuck smoothly day by day.
It is knows also like SOFT PEELING .
